The bar is often the most popular place any event. At Irish Marquees we have a huge amount of experience and skill setting up and managing a hassle free bar. We can provide a fully stocked and staffed bar for your event. There are unlimited styles of bar service to choose from, from help yourself to a full waiter service – it’s up to you!

CATERING STAFF

Planning a casual buffet style dinner? Finger food? Perhaps you’d prefer a formal 5 course meal? Whatever menu you decide to offer your guests we can put you in touch with a range of reputable catering companies who will suggest and create fantastic menus for your event. We can also arrange waiting staff, bar staff and chefs should you need them.

FLOWERS & LIGHTING

Lighting is one of the most important features in any marquees. It sets the tone and creates the perfect atmosphere. When it comes to lighting, the options are endless. Lighting can be soft strobe lighting suspended from the ceiling – this will provide a soft clear light which helps to create a nice intimate atmosphere. Other options include chandeliers, star light roof lighting etc We can also put you in touch with many reputable florists who will advise on arrangements to suit the chosen theme/décor of the event.

TABLES & CHAIRS

We have a large range of tables and chairs to furnish your marquee from traditional formal dining chairs to contemporary outdoor tables. Once we get an idea of the kind of event you have in mind we can recommend a range of furniture that best suits your style. If you do not have a clear idea of what you require we can certainly offer plenty of advice from our vast experience. If you have a specific idea or furniture request we will do our best to supply them.

HEATING & FLOORING

All heating is included in the marquee quiote. The heating sits outside the marquee and is controlled by a room stat to keep marquee at a even temp. In the evening it can get cooler and this heating system keeps the marquee nice and warm. For flooring, we offer a wide range of options including wooden flooring and carpeting available in all colours. The flooring sits on a sub steel frame which guarantees a firm level floor. Anything goes for dance floor options – parquet, black & white chequered…the choice is yours!

TOILET FACILITIES 

Toilets are available for hire and available in various sizes. We recommend renting toilets when the crowd exceeds 75 people. We have 2 main styles, the first is the freestanding Portoloo which is suitable for large outdoor events such as music festivals etc. The second option is the more high-end luxury loo with carpet, bronze taps, hand dryers, piped music etc which are suitable for formal/intimate setting ie weddings/parties etc.
